We have comprehensive and stringent vetting procedures in place to ensure that only people with a fully checkable and verifiable employment records are considered for employment. As you would expect from a professional security provider, we comply with all aspects of the British standards of vetting. Our compliance with BS.7858 requires us to verify all prospective employees' employment records during the previous five years (or to school leaving age if within that period). All pre-employment checks are detailed and thorough. Where there is doubt, no offer of employment is made. In addition to this all candidates are screened by the Criminal Records Bureau to ensure that only credible security staff are employed and deployed at your premises.
All applicants prior to taking up employment, complete a full medical history questionnaire. In this way we ensure that all prospective employees are both credible and medically fit to carry out all aspects of their security duties effectively.
